Every tank is built in layers with distinct jobs. Together they carry vinasse, acid and water without corroding, cracking or fading.

01UV protection and finish
External gelcoat
First barrier against weather and solar radiation. It keeps the equipment presentable after years in the field.
02Structural reinforcement
Fiber mat
Multidirectional reinforcement that spreads point stresses across the whole wall, avoiding concentration and cracking.
03Mechanical strength
Directed roving
Oriented glass fibers responsible for mechanical strength. This is the layer that holds the load in motion.
04Product contact
Chemical barrier
Resin-rich layer in direct contact with the product. It is what allows carrying vinasse and chemicals without corrosion.
