Off Road
For extreme terrain.
FRP tanks built to operate on extreme terrain, such as agricultural irrigation in the field.

Laminated to ASTM D3299 criteria
Every Unifibra transport tank is built in four layers of fiberglass (FRP), following the lamination criteria of the US standard ASTM D3299, with the resin chosen for the liquid it will carry.
- 1
Liner: the inner layer in contact with the product. Vinyl ester resin for corrosive products; isophthalic, terephthalic or orthophthalic for the others.
- 2
Intermediate layer: hand lay-up lamination that reinforces leak-tightness.
- 3
Structure: filament winding of glass-fiber strands in crossed and parallel layers.
- 4
Finish: gel coat or paraffin resin with ultraviolet inhibitor.
Highlights
- Cradle bonded with fiberglass and polyurethane dampers: progressive suspension that prevents cracks and twisting on the chassis.
- Internal baffles that reduce liquid surge and the risk of rollover.
- Loading cup, manhole, vent and outlet tee on both sides for loading, unloading and inspection.
- Ladder and non-slip walkway so the operator can inspect the tank safely.
- ID plate with serial number, capacity, liner resin, weights, operating temperature and pressure.
